Policies

  • Check in: 3:00pm

  • We accept check, money order, VISA, Master Card and Discover.
  • A non-refundable reservation fee of $50 per rental night is required on all reservations. This fee will be applied towards the total balance of your cabin stay.
  • Are you a repeat guest? Ask us about our special rewards program.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

Hospitality Policies:

  • Fires are restricted to designated fire pits.
  • All cabins are non-smoking.
  • Park in designated parking areas only.
  • Place all trash in trash cans.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy. A $10 fee per person, per night will be charged for up to 2 additional guests. The absolute maximum number of persons allowed to stay in each cabin is four, including all children. Additional fees may be assessed and applied to your final bill for unreported overnight guests.
  • A two-night minimum stay is required on all reservations. A three-night minimum stay is required during holidays, festivals and Spring Break weeks. One-night stays are considered on a last-minute, case-by-case basis only.
  • A credit card is required to confirm all reservations, we proudly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
  • We reserve the right to enter any cabin after three consecutive days of non-activity regardless of the length of stay.

Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be made personally by telephone - not voice mail. You will receive a cancellation confirmation by e-mail.
  • Cancellations within 14 days prior to your arrival date are required to pay a 1-night stay - unless you re-book the same cabin to arrive within 30 days of your original reservation.
  • Cancellations within 1 week prior to your arrival date will be charged for your entire stay.

Changing Cabins and Changing Dates

  • Changing cabins or changing dates cannot be honored within 2 weeks of your arrival date. Note: cancellation policies will apply.

Pets

  • Our pet policy varies per cabin.
  • Look for the happy puppy online for our pet-friendly cabins.
  • The maximum number of pets allowed per cabin is two.
  • Please do not allow your pets to be on the furniture and crate them when you are away from the cabin. Do not allow your dog to chew the furniture.
  • The cost of repairing property damages incurred from a guest’s pet(s) will be assessed and the fee will be charged to their card after departure.
  • Additional cleaning required from excessive pet hair, dirt or slobber on the furniture will result in an additional $50 charge.
  • Failure to comply with a cabin's "No Pets" policy will result in an additional charge of $100 per rental night.

Checkout

  • All cabins are surveyed upon check-out. Damaged or missing items will be billed to your credit card.
  • ALL CABINS ARE SMOKE FREE. If your cabin smells of cigarette smoke a $100 per rental night fee will be charged to your card after your departure.
  • A $25 handling fee will apply if you request us to ship any items left behind.
