I have been disappointed frustrated with many of the local hotels resorts cabins I have stayed at around Lake Texoma. Moving here from the Lake of the Ozarks area in Central Missouri I was used to lots of quality family owned resort choices. Fortunately I now have found a good one here! I am a happy customer and wanted to share. I stayed at Cabin Fever Adventures Resort for the first time this past Friday and Saturday night. I had fishing friends visiting me from Kansas City MO so I wanted some nice accommodations. We fell in love with this place. Located on the Oklahoma side not far from Alberta Creek Catfish Bay and Mac Creek the cabins sleep 24 people comfortably and are recently remodeled modern and cute as can be! Outside has a fire pit with log benches and Friday night we sat by the camp fire till midnight catching up on fishing stories. Even has a new covered lighted fish cleaning station we used after dark. The new 42 HD TVs brought the Winter Olympics to Texoma which I enjoy watching when not fishing. If you have been looking for a new clean resort to stay at on Texoma this is worth a good look. We spent Labor Day Weekend at your cabins. We met my sister and her family there. We all had the best time possible. The cabins outside grills tables and fire pit provided us with such a perfect environment for our kids to play and have a great time in the evenings after getting off the lake. This was our first stay at cabin fever and it is everything that you could possibly ask for. absolutely you wont have to worry about nice and clean place here. Everything inside and outside of the cabins is so clean and homy the place is well maintained. when you get on the lake catching stripers and there is also a first class fish cleaning facility that is out of this world. RICK and ED ARE SO HELPFUL. the loft that sleeps and extra two people. I slept in the loft and I can tell you that the twin beds are just as comfortable as my bed at home. The flat screen T.V. with dish network was also a plus. I could go on and on about this place. We are going to stay here every year. For me my son and son law thanks Rick and Ed for everything! My family and i spent 4 nights in cabin 5. First thing we noticed was that the property and cabins were even nicer than they looked on the website. Bigger as well. No worries on the place being as nice as what you expected. Really clean and comfortable with great service. The pond was great for the kids and they had a blast. Plenty of room to roam as well. Just minutes away from catfish bay and alberta creek. We didnt get to meet rick in person but he was more than helpful with questions i had. Just an awesome place to stay and we plan on visiting at least once a year. JM

We enjoyed our stay at the cabins in Kingston Ok. Cabins are bigger inside than they look outside. Loft upstairs is private and the twin beds had wheels easy can convert to king size bed. Very clean we would stay here again. We arrived late our cabin was already unlocked for us and the air conditioner on. Very thoughtful. Thank you so much!!!

Our getaway to Cabin Fever was perfect! Our cabin was comfortable quiet and super clean. It had everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised by the tasteful and thoughtful decorations. The owner personally stopped by to see if we needed anything. We were put in touch with a fantastic striper guide and the experience was just what the doctor ordered for me and my two teenagers. I would recommend Cabin Fever to any family or couple looking for a private rustic but upscale cabin at the lake.

ALWAYS HEARD HOW GOOD THE FISHING WAS DOWN THERE. DIRK FINAL TOOK ME ON THIS LAST TRIP IN MARCH. THE WEATHER WAS KIND OF BAD SLEET AND SNOW FOR TWO DAYS BUT HE CABIN WAS GRATE AND WHEN WE GOT OUT ON THE LAKE DIRK HAD MADE UP SOME GREAT DEAD STICKING JIG HEADS THAT PRODUCED SOME GOOD FISH. RICK YOUR CABINS WERE GREAT NOT FAR FROM THE LAKE GOT TO SEE A LOT OF WILDLIFE DEER AND TURKEY WHEN WE WHERE THERE. CANT WAIT TO MAKE THE TRIP DOWN THERE IN OCT. THIS YEAR. AGAIN RICK THANKS FOR THE GREAT TRIP.

This is a great cabin with comfortable beds a fun loft which our kids loved and everything is very clean. It was well stocked from pots and pans to charcoal for the grill. The decorating has a good outdoor theme. We explored the pond saw deer and had a great time. These are well kept cabins that outshine everything else around. We really enjoyed the place.

Normally I do not waste my time with reviews but I will definately make an exception this time. This was our second stay at cabin fever and it is everything that you could possibly ask for. Those of you who have made reservations in the past at other cabins and were a bit squeamish when you pulled up absolutely wont have to worry about that here. Everything inside and outside of the cabins look brand new and the place is well maintained. As stated above there is a fishing pond for the family about 50 yards from the cabins. Guys when you get on the lake catching stripers and whatnot there is also a first class fish cleaning facitity that is out of this world. Every cabin also has its own fire pit with wood so you can enjoy the late nights relaxing around a campfire. Rick has added some nice additions such as the loft that sleeps and extra two people. I slept in the loft and I can tell you that the twin beds are just as comfortable as my bed at home. The flat screen T.V. with dish network was also intriguing. If you ever have any questions with fishing locations rick will get you lined out with that also. He introduced me to Glen Shirley and we went out on a fishing trip that was to be remembered. Guys Im telling you this from experience if you go out on a fishing trip with glen you better be ready to catch the fish. This guy really enjoys his job and will go the extra mile to make sure you get to the fish. I could go on and on about this place but I think you get the picture. We are definately going to make this a tradition and come here on vacation every year. Good luck and enjoy just leave us a cabin available in April of next year.

Everyone raved about your cabins how clean comfortable and nice they were. The air conditioning was remarkably cool almost chilly! which was wonderful during our summer heat. The fire pit you made for us was awesome! We love your cabins because everything is right there. We have never been to that area before and had no idea what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised to see that your property had ample space for clowning around and having fun. We werent sure what to expect with a group of 15 people. We were able to play frisbee horse shoes and grill out in the open space. The experience was like being out in the relaxing country. Our employees had a great time and cant stop talking about your cabins and the fishing experience. Myself and three other guys stayed in cabin 4 this past Thursday night. We all commented on how nice it is. The beds were nice and comfortable and the AC kept us comfortable. About 3 minutes from the marina. Couldnt ask for anything more and I will stay here whenever I come down to fish with Glen.

Weve stayed several times at Cabin Fever. The golfing at Chickasaw Pointe is world class and only minutes away. Silverado is also good golf and about a 20 minute drive. This place makes the perfect guys golf getaway and Rick sure looks after you well!

We wanted to find a place for relaxing with our friends and all the kids 5 of them aged 4 to 6! for Spring Break. We stumbled upon Cabin Fever via the internet. Finding a place on the web can be frustrating what the purport themselves to be isnt always the case. Cabin Fever was very nice the cabins were clean there was plenty of room for the kids to run around safely we were able to fish in their ponds etc. They even hooked us up with a GREAT fishing guide that was able to put us on the fish and was also patient with all of our little ones. Rick was a great guy stopping by our fire each night for a chat with his dogs we also met another family up there and had an impromptu baseball practice out on the open space south of our cabin. A great spot for families and highly recommended for those of you looking for a quiet out of the way place to unwind get a good nights sleep and hit the water in pursuit of Stripers.

This place is great! The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. As the only girl in the group I was extremely satisfied with the cabin and Im ready to go back and stay there again and actually spend more time at the cabin. It has a flat screen tv and full kitchen if u feel like cooking. We just went mainly to fish this trip and my husband and his dad really enjoyed the fishing hut which is included. They actually keep it really clean too! Overall very enjoyable stay and would stay here again. Its a good place for those who dont want to rough it and who want a real cabin stay!

Your cabins are beautiful. You have paid great attention to detail Everything anyone could want; you have provided. They are very clean and comfortable. I appreciate the way they look rustic, but have every modern convenience.

The men really loved the fishing trip while we ladies shopped. The guys played golf and we shopped some more! It was so nice to sit around a campfire every night just talking. Our married children are in full agreement. They took walks and ate breakfast on the porch.

We just wanted to let you know how muh we enjoyed ourselves and thank you and Glen. We are not anxious to return to Dallas and Austin and would love to come again!

He is available to answer questions deliver firewood ensure youve got everything you need and most importantly let you borrow his foil to grill your fish! If you want to stay in an actual CABIN stay here!! We stayed in cabin 3 which was extremely CLEAN and cozy. It has a real cabin feel. I loved the wood furniture throughout. A big flat screen TV with cable available. Everything you need is provided just bring your food clothes and fishing poles. The pictures do not do justice. We had a brand new BBQ grill available to us and a fire pit which already had wood for your fire. They have a fish cleaning station. Everyday we saw deer and turkey out wandering the grounds. Rick was awesome and very welcoming. His hospitality makes this place a must to stay at.
